I'm Francisco Garibay, a mixing and mastering engineer based in the Modesto / Stockton area of California's Central Valley, working with artists across Rock, Pop, Country, Latin, and CCM. I work with local artists from Turlock and Manteca to Tracy and Lodi, and with artists anywhere online.
My approach to mixing is musical, not static: a mix should always be breathing. I work ITB in Logic and Pro Tools, using UAD, SSL, Soundtoys, FabFilter, Waves, and more, and I include light vocal and instrumental tuning on every mix (heavier tuning and cleanup are priced separately). I'm bilingual (English/Spanish) and stay in close contact with the artist at every step, so the final mix matches the vision in your head.
Uncompressed WAV stems (24-bit, session sample rate) work best. For mastering-only, a stereo WAV bounce with a few dB of headroom.
Mastering and Premium mixing packages include 3 revision rounds; Basic and Standard mixing packages include 2.
Mixing is delivered in about 7 days and mastering in 5–7 business days. EPs, albums and dense sessions get a dedicated timeline.
